As a commish, how do you determine what's a good number of bench spots to have?

More experienced drafters will want more bench spots.More casual players will want fewer to add more value to the FA / WW pool.A generally good guideline is starters x2 (but don't double K and D).So if you start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE, K, D that would be 9 starters and 7 backups for a size of 16.
