Bengals Defense, why highly ranked this week? (1 Viewer)

Struggled of late with injuries. Facing a Minnesota team that is playing well and has beaten Chicago and Philadelphia recently. Minnesota hasn't put up less than 20 since week 7. Bengals particularly beat up in secondary. Ranked high based solely on their defensive line?

They have injuries on the line too from my understanding. It has effected their pass rush IIRC

Other than the Indy game (which, to be fair, was two weeks ago) they've been lights out at home.

Yeah, Im re-thinking starting them too. The alternative for me is Carolina and the weather will now tip me toward them.

Looking closer at Cassel:

2.8% INT% is slightly better than average

6.4% sack% is far, far better than average (16% better)

Total fumbles of just 2

Including London, he's played 3 games on the road (PIT, briefly in SEA and a full game at Baltimore)....and played just fine.
