Bengals play the 49ers and the Giants face the Redskins. Both starting QB's are out and in the 49ers case the third string QB is starting.

Who is the better play in week 15?

Are their any possible matchups that might be better than this one where I might find a defense on waivers? Or just stick with the G-men?

I'd start the Bengals. Collins and the Redskins offense is a LOT better than the 49'ers right now. Especially with the 3rd stringer in there...
