I don't follow you. Some people asked what Henry was doing in Charlotte earlier. According to his agent, it appears as if Henry was in Charlotte to make wedding plans with his fiance...before something went very wrong.

There was an account that appeared to be Gerry Fraley Football reporter from the Dallas Morning News reporting that Henry had passed away, confirmed from Piedmont ICU - but that account has been exposed as fake based on other updates earlier today.Joe Reedy saying Charlotte police say Henry is still alive.
 
What kind of scum makes a fake twitter account to pretend that NFL players are more seriously injured/ dead than is actually the case?

I really don't understand people. How can anyone derive enjoyment out of that? Suppose someone in his family read it? Honestly, I couldn't live with myself.

Alex Marvez, a real and reputable NFL beat writer from Fox Sports says this:

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry is on life support after falling out of the back of a pickup truck in North Carolina, a source has told FOXSports.com's Alex Marvez. The source described the situation as "dire."

when using google news, most recent article posted about 30 minutes ago...

all articles using phrases like very serious, life threatening, head injuries...

no mention of fatality in the mainstream media that I have found yet.

* doesn't sound hopeful based on bloom's latest post.

wishing the very best for him and his family, and any others involved. rotten time of year for something like this to happen. I guess there isn't really a "good" time of year tho.

Considering the homicide investigation, I would doubt she'll be making any such statements anytime soon.

Doing a Lee Majors is probably not going to be a homicide.
Police say Henry jumped into the bed of the pickup truck as his unidentified fiance was driving away from a home just before noon."The domestic situation continued between the operator and Mr. Henry," the police said in a statement. "At some point while she was driving, Mr. Henry came out of the back of the vehicle."

A woman who answered the door and identified herself as the fiancee's mother but declined to give her name said Henry and his fiancee had been staying at the house while he was on injured reserve and they were making plans for their wedding.

She said she wasn't home at the time of the dispute and wasn't sure exactly what happened, but she said her daughter is at Henry's bedside at the hospital.

Agreed. This happened to a family friend recently in that she was kept on life support for some time for the sole purpose of keeping the organs fit for transplantation. Very painful for the family to endure.

It is a reality. A brain dead person will be kept alive to sustain organs for transfer. My neighbor is one of the nurses who works on a number of these tranfers at U-Michigan hospital. I have heard many of these stories.No offense intended.
