I found that Benson was a little banged up during the game. His knee they say. However he finished the game.

Oct 22 Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports Chicago Bears RB Cedric Benson (knee) suffered a left knee injury during the team's Week 7 game but was able to finish the game. He will be re-evaluated as the week goes on.

Anyone know if this is something that could be a problem?

Him not being very good would be my concern.

Haven't heard anything about his knee but I doubt news will come out before tomorrow.

I hope he gets knocked out for the year so I can just cut him outright.

Not going to argue that he hasn't sucked it up, but he still has quite a bit of value as many times as he gets the rock. IMO, people should be trying to get him as a RB3. He's still the clear cut starter on a running team.

News: Benson (knee) "should be fine" coach Lovie Smith said, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Spin: Benson got hurt on Sunday against the Eagles but was able to continue playing through the pain.
