These aren't necessarily the same things depending upon which division you're talking about. I don't think anyone is going to be happy, for example, to face a 10-6 division winner from the NFC East, and that could very easily be the record of that team.

He didn't say you needed four from each conference. Knock off the Giants and put in NE and I think you'd have a pretty good list.
