I have searched a bit and was not able to see a thread on this...

Mods - if this needs to be moved to FFA... just do so - I think it's NFL related though...

Which network has the best actual music intro?... Which one gets you pumped up even if the game is between two 3-11 teams?...

The links below are quick searches I did... if anyone has the "official" ones - please add them...

CBS - The NFL Today

ESPN / ABC - Monday Night Football

FOX - The NFL on Fox

Sorry, no NFL Network intro has of yet (not that I know of!)

Personaly, I don't think it's even close... but I would like to know about the majority...

I've got to go FOX. The CBS one from the 1990s was probably my favorite, but they seriously downgraded when they switched in 2003.

Whoever at NBC thought Pink should perform/sing the SNF Intro should be fired.

The thing that gets me about ESPN's is they went to all the trouble to make that intro with the players running through the city, and then used stupid looking generic uniforms instead of having the uniforms reflect the NFL teams actually playing that night.

My favorite was the original one done by ESPN for the NFL. ESPN had three themes done all in the same style back in the late 1980s. As far as I know they still use the MLB and NHL themes. Well, they did an NFL theme that was awesome. It was set to computer-generated images that were thematic of the two clubs fighting each other. For whatever reason, they discarded it and it seems to be utterly lost to history. I've repeatedly looked for it but I've never found a copy. I used to have a VHS copy of Oilers-Browns from 1989 on ESPN where the Browns won the division in Texas, as Kevin Mack welled up with tears after winning the game for the club. Lost it tho. It had the theme. Wish I could find it. PM me if you have it.

Are those the worst?... Holy Macro this white/yellow/blue look is ugly... every time I see it, I'm wondering how could this be the final product?... the complete intro is bogus... awful...
