obviously depends on scoring but our league has been around since 2002 has the top scores per position as follows

QB Manning 2013 75.797 462/7 and no picks

RB Portis 2003 58.400 218/5 plus 36/0 receiving

WR Decker 2013 43.400 174/4

TE Gronkowski 2011 30.000 160/2

K Bironas 2007 27.000 8 field-goals and two extra points

For WRs the discussion begins and ends with Jerry Rice. On Monday nite one year he scored 75 points, including throwing a TD. In another game, in a different season he scored five TDs.
