Best back-up RB's? (1 Viewer)

Seymour Corn

it=info
I am in a 16 team keeper league including IDPs. We keep 2 RBs. I will be keeping Portis and Westbrook. I will have the chance to draft 2 RBs with the flexibilty to draft 1 more. The dilema is, that I only have a late 2nd round pick and then the rest of my picks start mid-5th. There will be no starting RBs remaining, so I will be forced to select backups.

My question to you Sharks is, who is the best backup RB to draft that will have some value as a future starter, or an injury replacement? In other words, what would you do?

(NOTE: M Turner is being kept by another team)

Thanks.

Ladell Betts is a must have in your situation...you can probably scoop Droughns at a decent price as well.

I'm sure you can find this info all over the web, but I'd also take a shot on Buckhalter/Tony Hunt with Westy on your squad. Good luck...

Do you have any articles to suggest?

I think Chester Taylor is going to put up good numbers as the #2 back in Minn. If something happens to AP then Taylor will be a solid RB#2.

I thought about this for hours. This is the best strategy I could come up with.

Thanks for all your hard work, little buddy, but I'm not looking for who to start or for my team to be rated. I'm looking for backup RB suggestions and why I might want to take them. Thanks anyway.
