Best Ball - 3 MAX RB's - Drop Collins/Lewis for Conner? (1 Viewer)

I have a best ball PPR league where we can have 3 AND ONLY 3 RB's on our roster. Currently have McCaffrey, Collins, and D. Lewis. Do I drop Collins or Lewis to try to get Conner? This is my ONLY option for getting Conner. Waiver wire priority is obviously really important in this league and I while I'm currently 6th on the list I don't want to waste any opportunities to move up either. I'd stand put. While the odds favor Bell remaining out you never know. Collins and Lewis are pretty much locked in all season.
