I've been using rtsports.com for about 10 years now and yahoo for about 4-5. I like yahoo for it's simplicity and it's ability to basically work with everyone in my league, but it doesn't have the scoring options that we use in our league.

Some of the basic requirements that I have are:

Length of TD bonus scoring (i.e. a 90 yard TD gets a point bonus different than a 50 yard TD and shorter TD 1-10 yd get no bonus)

head to head and overall point scoring. We use both

Online draft (preferably something that doesn't require java, which causes 1-2 managers to have issues with their computers)

Live scoring updates

I'm hoping with the experience people have on this site, I'll get some feedback on what sites people have used to manage their leagues and what they like/dislike about them.

rtsports.com has all of the scoring options, but their live scoring and online draft is not great. I'd love to have a yahoo type interface with the rtsports options.

You should be able to find some recent discussion of this. I'd suggest scrolling through the last few pages of threads or doing a search for yahoo, sportsline or myfantasyleague.
