Best Free Site for Running a League? (1 Viewer)

Looking for advise on a site to start a league. I have been in 3 leagues for the last few years and for different reasons I won't be in all 3 this year.

I am starting a local league for some buddies and want to use a free site this year. I have looked at ESPN and NFL.com for possible hosts. ESPN looks like you can customize more, but the NFL game center is hard to beat. Anybody used these two / got any advise.
