Best Overall Teams for 2025 Fantasy (2 Viewers)

I am in a unique league where each of the 8 teams snake draft 4 NFL teams - the entire team.
I have the 1st pick, so , who would you choose? Focus on QG, 2WR, RB, TE, 2 flex.
There are some IDP , Def, and K, but I want to nail the offensive skill positions.
In no order, I have Baltimore, Detroit, Philadelphia, Cincinnati and Tampa as condidates.

I am not sure I quite understand. If you take Baltimore you get Lamar, Henry, Flowers, Bateman, Andrews, Likely (flex), D-Hop (flex), Bal D, and Bal K?

How does IDP work? Same as offense where you get a ser number of players? Is it best ball within the team or you identify the players you are using before each week (this could be important)?

Yes, if I take Baltimore, I get all those guys. It's a large starting roster, QB, 3WR, 2RB, TE, 3 Flex, Superflex QB, K, Def, 4 IDP. Any combination of teams players from the 4 round draft but the first pick I need to nail. Cincy, for example, I'd get Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Gesicki, unsure about the flex. Eagles would be Hurts, Barkley, AJ Brown, D.Smith and Goedert.
