Best Premium NFL Draft Service (1 Viewer)

Jason Wood

Zoo York
First and foremost, Draftguys is my spot...my boys Sigmund and Cecil take care of business. But I've been a subscriber to NFL Draft Scout for years and am looking at potentially replacing it with another premium service. Just thought I was solicit opinions from the pool on which draft sites/services you use and what you think of them, either on their own merits or in comparison to NFL Draft Scout.

Thanks in advance

Other than Russ Lande's GM Jr. Draft Guide, Draft Scout is the only premium service I subscribe to. Draft Scout's analysis is not as good as Russ's but the site is a great point of reference and it does a good job compiling info on the draft class as it comes out.
Thanks Sigmund, I just thought a fresh format and presentation may be what the doctor ordered. NFL Draft Scout is fine [i've been a customer for years], but the way the site continually logs me off and the way the site map is constructed are dated, to be sure.

How far back do the GM Jrs. guides go?

I've talked to NFLDS.com about pre-1998 data, and they claim they'll eventually get it online, but I'd love to find combine/pre-draft info going further back.

btw... agree that the page design and having to log in repeatedly are atrocious.

I like Russ' stuff in Sporting News, his vignettes on your web show, and his appearances on TV; so I was intrigued by the GM Jr. But having the only format as a PDF = Fail in my book. This is 2009, I can't spend money on a PDF that's the size of a large book.

Draft Scout just merged with CBS Sports, so maybe a better site is coming? I agree about the wonkiness of the site, but there's really no peer. Scott Wright's draft countdown is decent at capturing the whole class, but the information isnt nearly as deep, and you only get this year's class, no listing of future classes.

I agree. I was ready to sign up until I figured out how clunky the data was going to be.

Draft Scout seems to have the best rankings. They're still always playing catch-up with reality, but I think they generally have a much more accurate view of where prospects stand than the average draft site.

Does anyone know if draft scout has sold out to csb sport line? I try and go and it redirects me to csb sportline.

Is there a new web address or do they no longer exist. www.nfldraftscout is what I have been using i thought, maybe I have it wrong, not sure??

Thanks for any input.
