Zapped - A high school science nerd gains telekinetic powers after a laboratory accident and uses them for revenge upon bullies.

Charles in Charge - Charles, a college student, is a live-in housekeeper in the Powell household. Charles, along with his friend Buddy, attempts to juggle his studies, friendships, and duties to the family.

A long while back I read one of those "Where Are They Now" type of articles about her. She married a women's college basketball coach. That is a vagabond profession so they were on a different campus every few years, which made it impossible for her to continue on in the industry. At the time of the article her husband seemed to have settled in as a lead assistant at Oregon State. They had a family and it was mentioned that she was involved in the Girl Scouts, did a lot hiking, and seemed content and happy with her life.

For all the lambasting these guys get (mostly deserving), Willie Aames was quite good in Eight is Enough - maybe the best acting among the entire cast. Maybe just was not able to garner decent serious roles after that.

As for Scott Baio, he was decent in a few ABC Afterschool Specials but was probably even out-acted by his cousin Jimmy Baio (Carmen Ronzonni in The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training - careful about the infamous NSFW terms here - this was 1977 after all )

Awesome. I saw **** Van Patten a few times about 20 years ago at Hollywood Park racetrack. The guy practically lived there. What a legend. If he’d been alive when they tore it down to build SoFi Stadium he might’ve handcuffed himself to the building.
