Uh, if I could predict these things I'd win my league every year. You can make arguments for and against each of them, but the bottom line is that as of now they all appear to be in committees that are in flux (e.g. Charles: what split does Kolby Smith get, what do they do with LJ?).
If I had to bet on any of them for the rest of the year I would go with McFadden. He has the most talent, his team is getting a guy or two back on the o-line, and I have to assume that either Russel will improve or get benched for someone that at least plays like a serviceable backup QB.
ETA: in competitive leagues that use blind bidding, Moats was anything but cheap this week. I think he's getting way over-hyped for his situation. He could work out nicely, but he's far from the sure thing you would think he was based on the bids people are throwing down.
