Best website to run startup dynasty/empire league on? (1 Viewer)

Having a great season
It has been awhile since I've posted here. So I hope I'm in the right forum. I am wanting to start a new dynasty league (specifically, an empire format). For those that aren't familiar with it, it's really just dynasty with the stipulations that a certain percentage of yearly dues go into an Empire Pot, and to win that Empire Pot, you have to win the league 2 years in a row.

That said, here are the things I need in terms of functionality. If you have recommendations for a good site that can facilitate these things, please let me know! We are prepared to pay for a site that's top notch, has a proven track record, and most importantly, is end-user friendly. I know there are free sites out there such as Sleeper, but we have found that to be a bit clunky for what we want to do, and we want the ability for more customization.

What we need:
  • Ability to do a startup draft for 12 teams drafting 23 rounds
  • Ability to create customized scoring
  • Ability to do rookie/free agent drafts in subsequent years
  • Ability to carry over roaster from year to year
  • Ability to execute trades year-round
  • Taxi squad capability
  • Ability to trade future draft picks and FAAB money
  • A smart phone app that allows owners to access all (or most) of the functionality of the website
  • The mart phone app must have live scoring
  • Preferably a tie-in with something like LeagueSafe or another league money holding software option
I assume that things like adding customized avatars, team info, etc. is standard. Any and all input/feedback is much appreciated!

Check out sleeper. Used pretty commonly and checks most all of your needs.

It won’t integrate with a money collection site, but I don’t know that any do.

For a dynasty league start up I would recommend going with an auction......at least for part of the draft if not all. To play in a dynasty it seems better to be able to have a chance at any player you want rather than be relying on picking a number out of hat for draft slot.
