Haven't seen anything on this subject here lately, so... I'm remodeling my house and planning how to listen to music and home theater for the next 10 or more years - I don't think my 8-Track boombox and Walkman are going to cut it much longer. I'm thinking a multi-room system would be best. I saw nice Sony and Bose systems last week with subwoofer and multi speakers that seem like a pretty good solution to delivering great home theater and wireless music listening. Then I guess I could just add a compatible (Sonos?) speaker in the BR and Office and I'd be good to go? Does this make sense - what are you tech guys doing?
I don't have a Spotify account yet, but do have Pandora and Amazon Prime & Echo Plus. If I go the Spotify route, am I committing myself to many years of monthly subscription fees, or is there a way to create and save a digital library on a laptop/tablet?
