I can only speak for my lifetime not ever but worse than Obama so far and still better than Carter so far.

Plenty of time left though unfortunately.

Biden is on pace for bottom 5 IMHO...certainly the worst of my lifetime but difficult to put him at the worst of all time.

1.  Afghanistan catastrophe

2.  Terrible economic policy causing inflation that could have been prevented

3.  Immigration catastrophe

4.  Kamala catastrophe

5.  Zero progress on healthcare costs

6.  Now getting ruined for Covid management

7.  Falling asleep at international events

The only positive I can think of is some of his pro environment action that I am supportive of.

Not the worst, but the most disappointing.  All he had to do was to be normal.
Pretty much.  He is still blaming Trump while the country is going down the drain.  I still can’t get half of my orders, yet he tells the nation the stores are 88% full.  People are not dumb.

the 33% who support this clown can pile on me.

It's been a year.  He's made tons of mistakes and missteps for sure, particularly on the border and the messaging of covid.  But calling someone the worst president after one year during a pandemic when 1/4 of the country is still running around thinking the election was stolen and that vaccines are evil will take time to overcome.

Plus remind me the last time the prior POTUS barnstormed around stoking division and a Big Lie brainwashing 1/4 of the country.  When the country printed trillions of dollars over the prior few years before him in such uncertain worldwide economic times.

How are other countries fairing in respect to the US?

Republicans are jumping the gun so much to want this to be true it makes me think they're a little afraid.

I am guessing he will have the lowest average approval rating of any president ever.  As long as we have gridlock, it may prevent him from being truly a disaster.  His expansion of the use of executive orders is a disturbing trend.  His Afgan pullout was perhaps the most boneheaded move in history.

The rest of the world is humming right along right?  It's Biden's US that's so screwed up with covid, inflation, political divisiveness?

Man conservatives are so anxious to blame everything on Biden.  From my perspective the next year will be very telling.  I think conservatives are going to be extremely disappointed at how well the country will be doing.

Obama fanning the flames of racial divide particularly advancing bigger lies around Michael Brown and Trevon Martin which has lead to the worsening of the racial divide and cities across the country being burnt down, looted and crime rates going through the roof.

People have spent decades saying we should get out of the ME.  He let the world know for MONTHS that we'd be getting out of Afghanistan.  So you're telling me that evacuating tens of thousands of people successfully, again folks who'd had MONTHS of notice, while losing a few to a terror attack, constitutes the most boneheaded move in history?  Fewer Americans have died in Afghanistan under Biden than died under Trump and Obama.  We're no longer spending trillions in the ME.

C'mon man.

We knew trump was divisive, Biden has done nothing to stop it. We cannot afford to do this every four years between the parties.  He has the house and thr senate, yet things are worse and he’s blaming trump and two d senators.  If he can’t get anything done now, what happens when the R’s win the midterms?

He’s just completely incapable. Clearly worse than Trump if you aren’t in the “but mean tweets” crowd. I’m not old enough to have experienced Carter but he may be the one worse one left to beat. He has 3 years left though, plenty of time to take #1.

In my lifetime:

Tier 1: Reagan, Clinton, Obama

Tier 2: Ford, Carter, Bush Sr., Biden

Tier 3: Bush Jr., Nixon

Tier 4: Trump

Only for the “other guys”, board cops don’t police their team.
One side can run around calling liberals Nazis with impunity and talk about how liberals have ruined cities.

One side gets suspended for calling into question Trump's intelligence.

Be better Mr.  :drive:

Will give him another year to bounce back from being a bad President (which he is right now) but he is easily the worst leader I have ever seen...like Trump he is divisive, but it is painfully obvious he is not up for the job (the whispering is so creepy) and his underlings are in control...this aspect of his Presidency has no chance of getting better and it was very obvious to see it coming during the campaign or lack of campaign...it actually may get real bad as you can see he appears to be getting angrier and I only see that getting worse as the drumbeat of a 2022 beatdown in the mid-terms looms.

Tier 2 is a wide net. I definitely think George Sr. was better than Carter but tier 3 is so bad, I can’t justify moving Carter down there.
That’s fair and honestly he would probably be the highest ranked in tier 3 anyway so it’s kind of a moot point.

If every President was subjected to today’s 24/7 media-social media scrutiny and spin they would all be tied for last place.

Biden is bad.  Trump was bad. And we’re going to keep getting bad ones until we change ourselves collectively.

So he’s a bad leader because you don’t like how his voice sounds?

As a complete outsider, American politics are mostly a joke. They both work against regular folks. So from this perspective, they are all crap.

Biden has been entirely disappointing and will likely push Republicans back in power, that should scare anyone that cares about people as the Republicans have really lost their way.

Progressives are the ones that want to do meaningful changes, and for that, they get lobbied against aggressively. Follow the money, the rich are getting richer and that is all they care about.

S&P500 is up 17.68% over the past year. Isn't that the best metric available for how good a president is?
No.  Presidents don't have a "Make the Stock Market Go Up" button on their desk.  The stock market is under the president's control about as much as the weather is under his control.  I never gave Bush or Obama or Trump or any other president an ounce of credit or blame for my portfolio's performance, and I'm certainly not going to start with Biden.  This is the kind of thing that partisans point to when they've run out of valid talking points.

Oh, :bs:

Do I need to remind you that "progressives" gave us Stalin, Castro, Mao and whole host of other people who simply wanted to do "meaningful changes"?  Well, they certainly did to the tune of 100+ million dead and counting in the 20th century alone.

I also love how you say out of one side of your mouth " They both work against regular folks. So from this perspective, they are all crap. " and the out of the other side you paint the Republicans as evil and the progressive (democratss) as, shuck's ya'll - they just want to do the right thing!

This term is Carteresque, but Jimmy wasn’t dealt a good hand either.

Which is why the r’s should pull back from the elections and focus on what people need now.  It will get them much more at election time.

your comment about progressives is true.  They kicked Bernie to the side because they would get cut out of the goodies.

Oh for sure, those guys were progressives, lol.

Nothing wrong with health care for all, voters should start with that, baby steps my friend.

Except quality and access.

There's a reason why Canadiens and many others from "Free Healthcare for All" countries flock to the US for their care.

And yes, THOSE guys were progressives 100%.  Extreme progressives, but progressives nonetheless.

What do you mean by this?  What should they focus on now?
Probably similar to Dems election bills they are spending time on...there are bigger issues out there than the many bills GOP states have pushed regarding the election after Trump lost.

The government did such a great job with the pandemic -- what could go wrong?
The private sector isn't exactly killing it on health care, either.  There's certainly tons of room for thoughtful legislation.  Of course, we won't get thoughtful legislation from either side, we'll get rhetoric and narratives.

In my lifetime I would have to say he is neck and neck with Carter.

The difference between the two is that Carter was an actual good person who cared about the American people he was just over his head. Biden on the other hand is fake good person who doesn't give a rats behind about us and is completely inept.
