My family was driving home from a long trip last week. It was late at night and we were about 45 minutes away from home in Upstate NY on a country road when something ran across the road in front of us. We are used to seeing lots of deer, but it was too short for that, even though the head had a somewhat similar shape. It was too big and fast to be a opossum or anything like that, too big for a fox, legs too short for a coyote...

I asked my wife if she saw it, too, and she did but had no clue what it was. We've been talking about it all week.

I think it might have been that thing in the video!

The site I read claimed two things...One the web-site of the guys who claim to have found the body very recently put up a disclaimer that it was for entertainment purposes only. They probably got some legal advice that they could get their asses sued to hell if they make money off of this with a hoax. Also, the site claimed these guys have already been fired from their law enforcement jobs because of this.
