So when will the whole black coach thing be a non issue? I ask because this is on the fox pregame. Talking about the minority process in hiring coaches.

Anyone else think this is a tired issue and shouldn't be used anymore?

I am sure a majority of all people do not care for it so who is driving the nail that keeps this going? When will they be happy? When there is nothing but black coaches on all teams?

Most stories on the Fox pregame show relates to a "tired" topic. No reason to take offense at this one.

No it doesn't frigthen me at all. I feel if your the best canidate for the job then you should get it. By "they" I mean the people/group/orgs who are pushing this all the time. I am sure most coaches would like to get a job becuase of merit and not because they are a minority.

If you look back in history there was a time when the "majority of all people" wouldn't have wanted the topic of a black coach, or black players, discussed at all. If you look ahead there'll be a time in the future when nobody's talking about it any more.
