Blackouts and RZC (1 Viewer)

Living in Tampa with the threat of blackouts due to declining ticket sales, I was wondering if a local game is a blackout, will they still show parts of it on the Red Zone Channel or is it available with NFL Sunday Ticket considering blackout games will be televised at a later date and time? TIA

They WILL show clips on RZC, but you WILL NOT be able to watch the game, even with Sunday ticket.
