He never did in NE.

He'd stay at his house in Montana during the offseason ( :D raising his dental floss :D ).

Drew is a guy that has never put in the extra effort that guys like Brady and Manning have. He works out, keeps himself inshape and will be ready for the season but has never really attacked the holes in his game or strived to take it to the next level. The guy has some of the most horrendous footwork a QB could have and has never really improved on it. Many of the errors he makes (mental and physical) are the ones he was making 10 years ago. Drew has had a good career but I have no doubts that if he was more committed to his craft it could have been much better.

So lack of hard work is why Parcells said Bledsoe was one of the most in shape guys at training camp last year? The guy takes care of his body. Now, he may not be on the level of Peyton in terms of mental preparation, but he's in plenty good shape.

If you read my post correctly you would see I said he stays inshape. At no point do I say otherwise. What I stated is he does not put the extra effort in like a Brady or a Manning to improve his game. He really has not improved since early in his career and has had the same flaws in his game for quite sometime. IMO he did not get the most out of his abilities during the course of his career.

He even bragged that he could beat Brady in a foot race. :lmao:

Like Manning? All that extra work and he has how many trips to the Super Bowl? lack of effort + Poor footwork=

43447 Yards passing

244 Touchdowns

2 Trips to the Super Bowl

This would probably be a good time to mention I had him ahead of Mirer in that draft. Probably.
