The Braves have placed closer Bob Wickman on the disabled list and activated reliever Chad Paronto.

Wickman struggled in three appearances the past five days, blowing leads Wednesday against Florida and Sunday against Colorado. He also had to be removed in the ninth inning Friday night against Colorado.

The veteran righthander has allowed five hits, six runs and six walks in 1 2/3 innings in his past three games.

I would guess Gonzalez because he has done that in the past before...

Soriano at least initially is what I hear as Gonzalez is not 100%

Gonzalez pitched the 9th inning today, and got the win. Not sure if this means he will take over the closer roll while Wickman is on the DL, but its not a bad sign. Just picked up Gonzalez so i have my hopes up(droped Tankersley, I had him and Owens, and Owens got the save tonight!)!

So is it for sure Gonzalez closeing? Both him Soriano are available in my league.

Going into the season, I personally thought that Gonzalez would be next in line, but now i am not to sure.

-Soraino has been great in 'save situations' and flat out bad in situations when the braves are up 4+ runs.

-Gonzalez had what 24 saves last year, so he has experience

-When the games went to plan so far this season, Gonzalez pitched the 7th, Soranio the 8th, and Wickman the 9th. So from that it would seem Soranio is next in line.

So basically I have no clue, but only Gonzalez was available in my league so i picked him up and hoping for him.
