Fred Davis in and Chris Cooley out? What gives? I think this is bold to say for the state of Redsking TE's, let alone the entire league.

Clinton Portis and Michael Turner are BOTH top 5 FF Rbs in 2010 (you figure out which of the FOTM's don't live up to expectations).

I have never disagreed more with a list of bold predictions! Yuck! (except the tom cable one)

Heres my bold prediction, this is the first of 29 threads this year where people list players on their teams that will put up huge numbers.

The 3 things I have seen in this thread that I tought were insanity:

The Patriots finishing last in the AFC East.

The Jets finishing below .500 this season.

Wes Welker having 100+ receptions in 2010 (playing 16 games!).

Adrian Peterson has the best statistical season for a RB in NFL history becoming the 1st ever to rush for 2000 and have 1000 receiving yards while scoring 25 combined TDs.

Matt Forte, Steve Slaton and Rashard Mendenhall seasons are closer to their 2008 seasons than their 2009 seasons.

The Saints miss the playoffs.

Felix Jones gets 2000 total yards(or close to it)

None of the "top 3" WR's finish in the top 3.

Jay Cutler finishes in the top 3 QB's.

Rolando Mcclain, Richard Marshall and Trent Cole each finish as the #1 at their positions.

The Bills only win 1 game and draft Jake Locker 1st overall.

Last but not least, Favre and the Vikings beat the Packes in ther NFC championship and then the Jets in the SB.....Favre annouces his retirement shortly after.....and stays retired.

Vikings struggle to get to 8-8 in 2010, and Favre rides off into the sunset...for good.

San Francisco 49ers will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.
Being a lifelong diehard I gotta say it's somewhat of a bold prediction. Not nearly as bold though as some of the other predictions I've seen. To me, it IS a bold prediction for THIS year but one that COULD possibly happen IF the O-line keeps Smith upright and he improves on last year stats of 18 tds in basically 11 games , WR Michael Crabtree improves and scores double digit TD's AND TE Vernon Davis repeats or at least comes close to last years stats. Seems like a lot to ask for all 3 of those guys to achieve those expectations but those expectations aren't unrealistic but it'll take 100% effort from Smith,Crabtree and Davis to reach those goals. RB Frank Gore's gonna get his numbers and should equal last years numbers. I feel confident the 9ers will win the West division but it's gonna take excellant play from all the studs to win the NFC. The season will definitely be disappointing if they don't at least win their division.I only have one bold prediction:WR MARCUS EASLEY(Buffalo Bills)- Drafted in the 4th round this year rookie Easley beats out Steve Johnson, Hardy, Chad Jackson and Parrish to win the starting job opposite Lee Evans. We know the Bills QB's aren't very good and they should be playing from behind alot so that'll mean throw, throw, throw. Probably alot of INT's in those throws but Easley goes on to end up being the Bills leading receiver with over 1,000 yds and 8-10 TD's.
