Me thinks you are on to something. I don't care who the agent is, I just don't see anything working out for Boldin...unless, he was contacted by a source within the organization in regards to getting rid of Rosenhaus and then they would deal...sounds a bit like a conspiracy theory, but I have no doubt that has happened before.

The Cardinals signed Bryant McFadden earlier this offseason; McFadden is represented by Rosenhaus. Obviously that doesn't completely disprove your theory, but it does seem to indicate that Arizona and Rosenhaus can do business

I agree, if the deal is fair to both parties the deal will get done. Drrew is demanding more than fair market value for Q. It has caused a rif with Q, the cards and Drew. it appears Q deceided Drew is the reason he can not get a deal done and is looking for someone else to negotiate for him. Not the 1st agent to get the axe after a failed attempted to push a team into a contract. Maybe Master P can get him a Ricky Williams deal?

I agree, if the deal is fair to both parties the deal will get done.

I think it bodes well for Cards fans that Q seems to be anxious to get a deal done, but the current financial situation for the Cards hasn't changed. The team still has only a certain amount of cap room, and players to re-sign that I am sure are more of a priority than Boldin. Adrian Wilson, Dansby, even Dockett. I have to think the team knows that they cannot keep everyone, and when a team has Larry Fitz, and an emerging Doucet, do they really want to let defensive cornerstones go for a WR?
