Boldin / Fitzgerald Owners... (1 Viewer)

Okay, maybe I'm overthinking this.

But, if one of these guys is your starters, and they go down...Breaston is gonna be the hot waiver wire acquisition.

He looks great, they've got 2 competent QB's, and a decent O line.

So...isn't this guy more valuable on the bench for Fitz/Boldin owners than say, a Derrick Mason, or Sidney Rice, or Justin Gage, or Vincent Jackson???

Maybe a little :tfp: You aren't going to replace Boldin or Fitz off your bench or WW, the replacement is starting for your competition. And which-ever of the 2 is still healthy will probably see twice as many targets.

Personally I'd rather have V. Jax or Mason if one went down. Maybe Rice. But I would go Breaston over Gage mainly due to the teams QBs

I grabbed breaston based on Boldin's issues with the cardinals, and in a keeper, next year may be good year for Breaston...
Interesting - hadn't thought of potential keeper prospects. Do any homers have the skinny on Breaston longer term?

You lost me at "two competent QB's"I do like Breaston's value longer term though...

Good point about the healthy one seeing double the targets.Didn't consider that.
... and probably double the coverage too.
So Fitz will be quadruple covered?
lol then the RBs can perform...I grabbed breaston based on Boldin's issues with the cardinals, and in a keeper, next year may be good year for Breaston...
I've been watching him extremely closely as well, hoping he stays under the radar until this Boldin mess is fixed.
