More than a Feeling, followed by Peace of Mind, followed by Foreplay/Long Time- has there ever been a better side of music?

It's obviously good stuff, but far from the best.

That said, looking forward to seeing them in concert this summer.

Name another album where EVERY SONG got regular airplay on FM radio. Then name another album where EVERY SONG still got regular airplay 30 years after it was released.

Killer album but not my favorite side of an album.

A few I prefer:

Master of Puppets

Appetite for Destruction

Operation Mindcrime

The Wall

Back in Black

Number of the Beast

Heaven and Hell

Ten

Live at Folsum Prison

Abbey Road

Escape

Zep IV

Too Fast for Love

Zep IV. That said, plenty of what was pumped through AOR through payola arrangements was not good.

All me crazy, but radio play does not mean that much to me. Lots of what was and is on the radio simply sucks.

That Boston work was awesome. If that is your type of music, I can see it being your favorite album side.

Off the top of my head and without checking the entire track list I'd go with The Cars first album.

You guys calling out albums need to specify, 1 or 2 / A or B. For Boston, the A side was awesome because it only had the three songs Tim mentioned, and Foreplay/Long Time was almost 10 minutes long. As we learned in Fast Times at Ridgemont, the beauty of Zeppelin IV is side 1.

Definitely. Both are all-time greats on my list.

I'll add Van Halen I to that. Of course, I was really high a lot back then but that shouldn't matter.

Anymore, I hear a Boston song, I change the station.

Completely overplayed this album in my youth. I agree it's a great side of music, just not for me anymore.

Went back and checked the track list and yup this one deserves strong consideration. You don't hear Don't Cha Stop very often anymore but every other song on this album still gets a lot of radio play.
