I picked up Johnson as basically a filler for one week a few weeks ago. However, Palmer has not given me much to be overly happy about and I am considering going with Johnson this week against the absolutely putrid Green Bay defense.

Johnson hasn't looked very good lately, but with Taylor hurting and the GB defense strongly resembling the cheese located on many a Packer fan's head, I am really considering sitting Palmer for Brad.

What do you think, is it worth the risk?

I thought the same thing last week. BJ did not perform well for me at all.

Troy Williamson dropped about 10 points for Brad Johnson this past Sunday. I don't see that changing in week 10.

He stunk against one of the more poor defenses....

Start Palmer and be happy you have him to start and not BJ.

Thanks. This is what I thought and am just waiting for someone to explain why Johnson will explode and have a huge day against the Pack. I mean, its not like Palmer is lighting it up or anything and he does play a tough Charger D this week.

I thought the same about Matt Leinart when he played the Packers. My advice - Don't do it. Plus Brad Johnson is averaging 1 TD pass per 400 yards passing. Try to win your week with that.
