Brad Kassell - LB (TEN) (1 Viewer)

If he's available on your ww, do yourself a favor and pick him up. The last 6 weeks of 2004, he put up very impressive tackle numbers. With the trade of Calmus to Indy, he has the job all to himself. It won't take long for people to start noticing him, so beat the rush and get him now. You're welcome.

I'm wondering if I should drop Briggs for him.. then there's Ronde Barber, very underrated. Are there any good IDP sites left? Seems like it's an endangered species, if not already extinct.

Don't forget that in the last half of last season, he was in on 3rd down. With Sirmon back, that's not likely to be the case.

Good point about the passing downs. However, there is speculation that he will remain in on 3rd down. If so, he is a steal off the WW with top 15 potential.

Are you saying R.Barber is avail. ? !!If he is, there is something wrong with your lg !

wow.. grab him

well we start 3 dmen, not specific to position and most people favour LB's with consistent week to week tackle numbers... Ronde is a playmaker, but there are some games where he wont net you great points but over the long haul of the season he'll be up there as one of the top scorers.

7 solos week 1. Solid.
Will Kassell take away tackles from Bulluck? Who are the 3rd down backers...Bulluck and Kassell?
Good questions. I wasn't able to see the game this past weekend. I'm in Ohio, so my AFC games are Bengals and Browns. Hopefully someone can scout the Titans game this weekend and give us a full report on their 3rd down defensive sets.

keith bullock and peter sirmon usually stay on the field in the two linebacker sets. both have very good coverage skills bullock usually in the single linebacker sets. sometimes rocky boiman is used in these packages. kassell is a solid linebacker. pitts. ran the ball all day so he had good tackle numbers. baltimore will do the same so he should be solid again in week 2.
