Anectdotal evidence - I am facing a team with that same choice in a 6 pt td league (-2 int) and he is starting Brady.  I would start Winston against the hapless Saints.  In my other league opponent is starting Winston over Mariota in an obvious choice.  Not sure I agree with that decision either - but Winston is a must start this week over just about any QB...but I would probably start Brees over Winston this week and that is about it.
