I've started a brand new dynasty league with some very unique features. On the whole, it's a basic dynasty league where you get to keep your players from year to year, but there are some very unique features to this league that will be explained below.

Some basic things about the league:
** League Fee is $60
** 2 divisions of 12 teams in each division or a total of 24 teams.
** Each division is essentially a dynasty league in and of itself. NFL Players can be owned by ONE team in each division, but no NFL player can be owned by more then one owner in each division.
** Each team will be allowed 18 players on their roster during the regular season and 24 players during the off season.
** Each team will also have 1 IR Spot (Must be a player on their NFL teams IR) and 2 Taxi Squad Spots (Must be a rookie who was drafted by their NFL team during the current years NFL draft)
** Starting lineups are 1 QB, 1-3 RB's, 1-4 WR's, 0-2 TE's, 1 K and 1 Def for a total of 9 players.
** Waivers will run twice a week. From 1 pm on Sunday until 10 pm on Wed. Then run again from 10:30 on Wed to 9 am on Sunday. Each team can pick up a total of 3 players during each waiver period. Also, waivers will stop run after the week 13 games end.
** Trading will be allowed through the completion of the week 11 games. After that, no trading is allowed.
** Draft - For this year, we will have a 24 round draft that will start as soon as each division is full and all 12 teams have played. See the rules on the site for when the draft will run next year.
Okay, now for the unique feature about this league.
** There are 3 sets or Tiers of playoffs for this league.
** The first tier or the Top Tier Playoffs, will consist of the top 4 teams in the standings from each division.
** The second tier or the Middle Tier Playoffs, will consist of the middle 4 teams in the standings from each division.
** The third tier or Bottom Tier Playoffs, will consist of the bottom 4 teams in the standings from each division.
** So essentially, each set or tier of the playoffs will have a total of 8 teams in them.
** During week 14 of the playoffs, each set of 8 teams, will essentially play the other 7 teams in their set of playoffs. The 4 teams that score the most points will move on to the 2nd round of the playoffs or week 15. The 4 teams that score the least number of points will go home.
** During week 15 of the playoffs, the 4 highest scoring teams from week 14 will essentially play the other 3 teams in their set of playoffs. The 2 teams that score the most points will move on to the final round of the playoffs or week 16. Those 2 teams will play for the Tier Championship for their respective tiers. Also, the 2 lowest scoring teams in the Top Tier Playoffs, will square off during week 16 for the 3rd place prize.
** During week 16 of the playoffs, the 2 teams from each tier will square off to determine who is Tier Champion. The winner of the Top Tier Playoffs will also be crowned the League Champion. The winner of the 3rd place game will receive the 3rd place prize.
** Note - Only the top tier will have a 3rd place game. The other 2 will only have their tier championship games.
** The payout's for this league are as follows:
** Top Tier Champion and League Champion will receive $650
** Top Tier Runner Up will receive $350
** Top Tier 3rd Place will Receive $120
** Middle Tier Champion will receive $120
** Middle Tier Runner Up will receive $60
** Bottom Tier Champion will receive an extra first round pick in next years draft. I.E. the 13th pick in the first round.
