Yes and no. The following would have to happen for him to be Top 25:
He needs to overtake Rod Smith (maybe next year)
Denver needs to have more consistency and usage of the passing game (again, MAYBE next year)
Based on current total of attempts in the offense, he would have to receive more targets than Walker (???)
Anwer - maybe. When - IMO, no sooner than 2008. As one who owns him in a Dynasty as well I would like to think sooner, but can't see it. I do think, though, that he COULD/SHOULD be a decent #3/4 and/or bye week fill-in next year.
I would say most certainly if Cutler is as good as most experts are saying he is. Marshall has the skills to play in the NFL and if he has a QB that can get him the ball consistantly, he could be more than a top 25 WR by his 3rd or 4th full year. Just my
Rod looks like his fantasy days of glory are about finnished.
I am banking it will be soon he has some life. He showed signs at Cleveland. But for a every week starter/dependable starter it will probably be the Cutler ERA and no one knows when that will actually be.
My guess 2008. I have him stashed in a couple Dynasty leagues so I hope it's next year!
