Breaking Bad on AMC (2 Viewers)

One week from the moment I've been looking forward to and dreading for a couple years now. Mixed feelings but curious to see how it all plays out in 75 min. Wasn't expecting Gray Matter to come back up. Hmm

Oh come on....... this is getting silly. It had nothing to do with all the crap that went down, but his ego?
His family doesn't want his money, he was ready to call it quits, now he gets satisfaction for taking out the two people that really caused him to break bad (in his mind), someone to blame.
I mean him returning to town guns blazing ready to take down the nazis that did his family and Jessie wrong...

But since you brought it up... his son tells him to drop dead and he is all emotional. But it's a PBS show based 3000 miles away that is what sets him off as needing revenge?

He was broken and giving himself up. But Heisenberg lives.

Just to put things in context, the dude elected to start cooking crystal meth rather than take money from Gretchen and Eliot because of his ego. Did you watch season 1?

Place your bets, which minor character is most likely to resurface in the next two episodes:

2/1 None of the below

15/1 Huell

15/1 Kuby

25/1 Badger

25/1 Skinny Pete

50/1 Jesse's brother

50/1 Jesse's Parents

75/1 Ted Beneke

75/1 Gretchen Schwartz

75/1 Elliott Schwartz

100/1 Old Joe (Magnets)

200/1 Bogdan Wolynetz

200/1 Clovis (Badger's cousin where they stored the RV)

200/1 Principal Carmen Molina

I took Huell out since I'm thinking he's the odds on favorite since he is a recent loose end.
No Ted :kicksrock:

...yet!

I don't think the Schwartz' are even going to be in the finale, but I assume this makes them the Vegas favorites to ingest some ricin?

His son telling him to drop dead was what let him know he truly has nothing left.

I thought grey matter was still important given the empire business speech of 5A but I wasn't sure how to bring them back in.
Imagine the luck of Walt being at the bar....

as the bartender is flipping channels....

as the dynamic duo are on a talk show discussing him.
Yeah, it would have been better for him to have read about Andrea in the paper. But, hey. What do I know?
well he IS a hot topic...and the media has a way of reporting things to death

I predicted that there would be no more Gray Matter in the last two epsiodes, but obviously I was wrong. I'm still not convinced that they will be in the finale. Their purpose was to reveal Walt's ego and they've done that again. Seventy five minutes doesn't seem long enough to dawdle with them as I seriously doubt Walt wants to kill them. I think it would've been smoother if it were an article in the big stack of newspapers, but in the interview we get to see Walt find out about the blue meth reappearing. I trust the show enough to make me not worry about it though. All the pieces are in place and there are plenty of folks that need killing...

God, I hope the ricin is for Todd.

Not sure why Jesse would do what he did there, refuse to cook and get Andrea killed. I guess the lesson is once again Jesse is stupid? I don't know..

I'm no longer quite as excited about next week as I was about the past couple.
