I’m not liking the “vibes” around this knee situation with Breece Hall. Doesn’t look good this is an issue at all coming out of a bye week. The coach saying “they’re hopeful” actually makes me more concerned. I did pick up Braelon Allen but, with Thursday games, it makes lineup decisions tough.
So, would you…
A) Wait to play Breece or Allen?
(If Breece plays, will they split carries like they’ve done before to protect him? Not a great matchup anyway.)
B) Play Malik Nabers?
(I know, I know… but “squeaky wheel” game with Drew Lock now starting?)
C) Play Tyrone Tracy?
(I know, I know…. Dallas has been run on a lot but will he have less of a role after fumbles?)
D) Play Nabers at WR and then save Drake London at flex if Breece doesn’t play?
It seems the easy thing would be to wait but I’m actually worried if Breece plays because of that real potential of them reducing his role due to his knee. They’ve done multiple times this season, even doing it to save Breece on a short week. So there’s precedent there. And, if that DOES happen, then you could argue Nabers and maybe Tracy will have more touches.
Thanks for your thoughts.
