Favre threw for 289 yards and six touchdowns on Sunday, giving his fantasy owners a much needed boost heading into the 4th week of the season. He made it look easy out there, a little too easy, said head coach Eric Mangini. Upon further review of the game, Favre seemed to be peering into the eyes of the Cardinals defenders. When asked about the performance Favre put up against his team, head coach Ken Whisenhunt said, "Mr. Favre put the old man stare on us. He put it on us long and hard. Through the use of our high definition camera's we found a very different explanation for Brett Favre's Career day!

I wonder how many JET fans around here that used to bash him on here and hated him,

but now LOVE him?

The dudes going to get 7 or 8 TD passes one game soon! I just feel it in that offense!

He hardly even got his secreat weapons involved yesterday. Should have had 7 as it was. That one in Coles guts was an unexcuseable drop that they only got 3 out of!

Pure, un-contaminated, innocent confusion. I love it...and nothing beats the Kraken.

Favredusa? Terrible reference, IMO. No smile, smirk or chuckle when the pic was opened. Basically....lame. Sorry, man.

I'll give you the Marshall pic. You need help with catchy references though.

I seriously laugh so hard I bust a gut when I read these threads. Please do not stop them, keep them coming! Part of it is that the pictures are a little bit lame, but the combination of that plus the haters just cracks me up so hard for some reason, lol!

Don't be put off by the haters though, I'm sure Da Vinci's first paintings received a lot of hate :confused:

Why are there a bunch of offensive players turned to stone and how would that have helped Favre throw 6 touchdowns?

:hophead: Jets fans really had little reason to ever hate or Bash Favre much... Not like we played to often and I don't thing Favre ever played well against the Jets.... For most Jets fans he was probably appreciated from afar.To me, I thought he was a little overrated overall and like many, felt he was a QB that if your team played him, you could have a shot at a few balls.... I probably ranked him a little lower than most and just out of the top 10 all time.Nothing he does with the Jets is probably going to change my views on a 18+ year career.All that really matters to me is that I think he's better than Chad Pennington and a temporary upgrade and a roll of the dice for a year - a No Brainer move for the Jets and a must move for GB as well - Hopefully it works out for both teams.Just don't think you're going to get the Emotional swings and feelings for Favre from Jets fans you're alluding to..Oh, and that pic Blows.
