Brian Finneran Tears ACL Again! (1 Viewer)

FBG had him 3rd on the depth charts behind Jenkins and Horn...I just think the groundwork for Joe Horn to have a very nice mid 30s bounce back season in Atlanta is being paved.

Joe Horn=$$$ in 2007.

The guy had an 18 yd per ctach average in NO last season...they knew how to utilize him as he has always been better at the long ball IMO...and was somewhat pushed into catching a lot of balls underneath. Vick can throw a long ball for days...I think Horn and Vick will hook up for some big plays in that Dome this season.

He was already fighting an uphill battle just to make the roster.
I doubt it, it depended how he recoverred sure but .... He's sure handed, tall, with long arms AND is where he's supposed to be when he's supposed to be. Sadly, that's better than their WRs most weeks regardless of the fact that he's slow. I've also read going from NFLE to NFL he's a good guy to have around during camp.I imagine they'd have "found a spot" for him(one less DL or DB?) if they had to.

I hope you're right as I have always like Horn. However, I think he is slowing down significantly and I think Horn will have more passes thrown to him this season by a QB not named Vick.

With Vick throwing to him, he wouldn't have produced much anyway.
:goodposting:
Put you down as a guy that doesn't like Vick either eh? You pretty much hate anyone in the NFL that has ever been arrested for anything ever in their lives, right? I bet you didn't like Andre Rison, Michael Irvin, is Chad Johnson too flamboyant for you too? Your favorite flavor: VanillaYour favorite car: 4 door sedan standard issueYour favortie drink: Coca ColaYour favorite TV Show: Highway to HeavenI'm just having some fun with you Flappy, don't get mad. You just seem in the past couple of weeks to really stick out in the threads involving character issues of any kind.

Nah. I've never had anything to say about Vick's character. That has nothing to do with how I view him as a qb. Honestly, I think he's been overhyped as a qb his whole career. He's exciting to watch. No doubt. But as he's shown during his time in the league, he's a mediocre qb at best, imo. Jim Mora was right.Btw, I love CJ. :D ETA: :lmao: @ Highway to Heaven

I feel bad for the guy. He always struck me as an overacheiver, and from what I've read, he's always seemed like a quality presence in the locker room.
