Brian Hartline signs with CLEVELAND (1 Viewer)

This also falls in the 'someone has to catch the damn passes' category.

Who in Cleveland is going to catch passes?

Bowe is 3rd string.

It's Hartline, Hawk, and Barnidge at TE. The inner workings of the Browns are a mystery, how they leave themselves in this situation is bizarre, but getting past that, Hartline or Hawkins will probably see a good chunk of targets just doing the math.

The same argument held true last year. Here were the Top 5 in receptions for CLE in 2014:

Hawkins 63-825-2

Austin 47-568-2

Gabriel 37-629-1

Cameron 24-424-2

Gordon 24-303-0

No one else had 20 receptions. I don't see a lot to get overly excited about.

Hartline will probably get the most targets / receptions. Bowe will be a red zone target. My understanding is that Housler is the "move" TE & Barnidge is the blocker. Hawkins will see a decent amount of targets, as well. Benjamin & Gabriel will see the field and catch some balls. Pryor is a project and a wildcard who will be used primarily as the gimmick guy this year.
