NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Bucs will host free agent quarterbacks Tommy Maddox and Shaun King in the coming days.

Neither would be a candidate to start in Week 5. The Bucs will go with sixth-round pick Bruce Gradkowski. Then if the rookie is ineffective, the job should be up for grabs. We wouldn't pick up any of the Bucs' quarterbacks in re-draft fantasy leagues.

No. We = Rotoworld.

Maddox has been making the rounds lately, visiting the Patriots and Raiders last week. If they're looking for a mentor for Gradkowski then I would go with Maddox over King.

I have never understood why Shaun King was so unceromonisly dumped by TB after he led them to the NFC championship game. I can't remember if that was his rookie or sophmore season. Either way something like that has to play havoc on someones pschye. Also thought he seemed to be a servicable QB that year. Be nice to see him get another shot to start somewhere.
