Bud Light Victory Fridges (1 Viewer)

Those fridges hold only 200 beers each. They need to install 340 of those fridges to accommodate everyone at First Energy Stadium. I'm guessing here, but isn't that more than one of those fridges per section? I wonder if AB is picking up the added energy costs? That's an outdoor stadium so they have to keep those fridges cool all week when the Browns aren't playing and when they are on the road. And what happens if their first win is on the road?

They are at Cleveland bars, not the stadium.

Ohhhhhhh, that makes waaaayyy more sense. I assumed they were taking care of the folks in the stadium. How many of these fridges are they setting up?
I read they were setting them up in 10 different bars.  The catch is you have to be in the bar at the moment the Browns win becomes official.  Only those present as time runs out are supposed to be eligible to drink the freebies.

Oooohhhh, I get it now. I thought they were going to take care of the entire stadium and thought that would be a MASSIVE undertaking with this WiFi fridge deal.

$0.10 beer night in '74 basically ruined the future for any sort of stadium beer promotions in C-town

this screams of a marketing ploy.
great marketing. It's most likely a colab promo between the bars and BL. Only 10 bars get to market that they have one, so come down and watch the game on Sundays.

dilly!

Actually, they haven't promoted the bars at all.  As of 9/7, only 7 bars have been identified and the other 3 were still being searched for. Maybe they never did all 10?   https://q104.radio.com/blogs/browns-bud-light-victory-fridges-locations.   According to this article, the promotion is a partnership between Bud Light and House of LaRose which is a local Northeast Ohio distributor of several brands

true, but a few more weeks of build up could have had even better impact.

I bet BL was slightly pissed at the NFL for scheduling the Jets in week 2
I'm not so sure. This happening on a night where they were the only game in town and at home is pretty ideal too.
