Buffalo at New Orleans (1 Viewer)

holding happens on every play in the NFL. Isn't that what I was told two weeks ago on that Pats game winning throw where two Saints linemen were in a strangle hold by the Pats defender? I mean I am sure the Bills are holding in this game too.

I'm well aware of that. These are beyond that though. Just watch Mario Williams and see what he has to go up against

Giving up a score right before halftime is definitely not what the Bills needed. We'll see how they bounce back in the second half. This is where the wheels would come off for previous Bills teams. I really do think this is a tougher squad, but I also think the saints may be just too much.

Yea, this defense held up pretty well up until 3 minutes left. Had them at only 64 yards and now Brees has just quadrupled that in just 3 minutes.

You can only give him so many chances before he makes it you pay.

Thad Lewis has not done this defense any favors. Just 10 points isn't going to cut it against NO

They did call holding on that play. Mario still has to keep his head about him and not grab a face mask.

And then he was held again on the very next play; not called.

Not all holds get called, happens on both sides. Guess what? that helmet to helmet blow the Saints got hit with in the Pats game wasnt really a helmet to helmet blow. The league dropped the fine. That penalty was big in the scheme of that game. Refs suck Im with you on that. I think they suck in this game too but its not all going the Saints way. I think those offsides calls on Drew Brees were pure BS.

Why? Those calls were 100% right according to the rules and deservedly so. Simulating a snap is grossly unfair to the defense.
how about that missed call on the defender that gave drew a blow to the head and grabbed his face mask? Should have been an automatic first down and a 15 yard penalty instead we just had to punt to the Bills. My point is the refs are bad for both sides

How does that have anything to do with the calls against Brees? Yeah, refs missed a personal foul call. The false starts were still right.

Finally punch it in. Still have a ball game. Defense really needs to make a stand here... A turnover would be awfully nice here

Were the Saints defensive players the only ones in the world that didn't know Fred Jackson was going to get the ball on that last TD?

Horrible challenge. Gotta save those timeouts and that was way too unclear to overturn. Again, I think he was short, but it's hard to tell for sure.

Happy that the Bills are hanging tough with arguably the best team in the league, things are looking up.

Definitely an encouraging. I feel like this would be a tie game if they had a healthy Spiller. The saints d looks very prone to a RB like Spiller carving them up.

Then add in a healthy EJ Manuel and you probably don't have those 3 early fumbles by Thad Lewis.

Let's go easy on Lewis. The guy had poor protection today, and Manuel wasn't wowing anybody with his accuracy pre-injury. I want EJ back of course but I'm happy with what I've seen from Thad.
