As much as we've been hit by injuries, we've been very lucky with replacements like Compton and Dunbar stepping up.

I thought that Rex could come in and adapt to all the talent he had defensively. But it's clear that he either doesn't have the ability, or the desire to adapt. And that's a huge problem. He's let it be known that the personnel are the problem, not his system. That's what losers do. The lack of discipline is also extremely concerning.
