He did show flashes. I dont think it's a stretch to say he was Culpepper's go to guy when Moss was hurt in 04. Im not really sure what happened. He's got potential, but in the same way that Michael Clayton does - we know it's in there somewhere, but he's not resembling the player that he was in the past. I believe Burleson has struggled with a thumb injury, and never really found a role in the Seattle passing offense that fit him. I wouldn't write him completely off, but it's hard to see a big role for him in Seattle in the future.
