Jim McKinnon, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports New York Giants WR Plaxico Burress (ankle) could be arrested for two unpaid traffic tickets he received in Pittsburgh over the past three and a half years. Municipal courts, along with the Allegheny County sheriff's office and Pittsburgh police announced a campaign to collect overdue fines from people guilty of summary violations between Jan. 1, 2003, and Sept. 1, 2007. Those people could be arrested if they do not take action before the deadline.

And the Lions could win the super bowl.

Pisses me off to no end when millionaires dont pay for traffic tickets. Those things should be prorated to salary.

Well put... yeah a speeding ticket may be $350 vs a driving on the shoulder of the road at $175... the point is to have the financial impact so you really consider the severity of one moving violation vs another. At least there is a point system... with parking tix... many ppl in crowded cities take the hit on the meter (as it's cheaper to the pay the city vs your landlord for a parking space). Successful pro atheltes, don't even consider......moreover, I'm thinking it's the posse that they let drive all the cars registered under their names.

I want to be in Burress's posse. First of all, I get to drive his sweet cars, and second of all, I would never lose a pickup football game with him as my #1 receiver.
