Buy low- Machado, Latos, maybe Walker, maybe Iwakuma. Tai seems better but who knows for sure. Iwakuma's injury has lingered for other pitchers but I still think the odds are in his favor.

Avoid - Hamels, Kemp. Don't think Kemp's price has dropped enough. Pitching shoulders scare the crap out of me.

Can't say because I wouldn't draft him even if he was healthy - Hamilton

In a redraft I'd buy low on all those guys except Walker. No reason to rush a young pitcher, so his status could get really muddy if he feels pain again. Hamels had bicep tendinitis and was late to the party this spring, then he was out of shape as far as routine and he got fatigue. I bought him at lower #2 money without giving it a second thought.

I don' t think Machado is a good buy low candidate. He's a far better baseball player than fantasy baseball player. He also slashed .240/.277/.370 after the all-star break last year. Normally with a young guy like Machado you'd dismiss it as maybe being fatigue or the league finding a hole in his swing that he subsequently fixes, but he hasn't had a chance to do any offseason work on either possible problem.

Agree on Walker and Machado. Think Im avoiding Kemp at this point, too. Anytime I hear career threatening injury, I want to see him perform first.

Hamels has always been overly cautious with his arm and has been a good judge of his health in the past. Im hoping he comes at a big discount.

Latos and Iwakuma I will take if the price is right. Hamilton will be a nice bounce-back value.

Still dont know what to make of Mike Minor though. Not much progress and vague details.

I avoid injuries to pitchers in drafts, Hamilton and Manny are on my radar but Kemp? Nah. Love Ethier though, especially in daily leagues.
