Ok so to start this off I have to explain my league structure.12 teams, 12 keepers, 12 minor leaguers. We start 9 pitchers none of which have to be closers points are awarded based on individual accomplishments (K's, W's, S's ect. bonus for CG's no-no's and so on) negatives are given for losses, walks, ect. Hitters is basically structured the same way with a full lineup plus a DH and Utility.

There are three divisions consisting of four teams. Six teams make the playoffs (three division winners, three wild cards). I am tied with the 4th best overall record, second in the power rankings. This is my starting lineup:

So my question is should I be looking to add another pitcher, try to upgrade 2B or stick to my guns with what I have. If I do try to make a deal who should I try to move (I was thinking Teixeira might be a good piece considering Pena is still a guy people wouldnt want to sit on long term) and who should I target? Thanks for any help.
