I own 5 1sts this year 1 top 4, 3 5-12''s, 1 later 1st. & a bunch of high 2018 and 2019 picks.

Is AR15 the real deal? I know he is majorly underperforming... but watching tape of last year, I absolutely loved what I saw. Fighting for the ball in the air, speed/size. At 23 years old he could be a very nice dynasty asset.. especially for my rebuild. I am far away from winning.. and need pieces to start building around

I'd say it comes down to what QBs would be available to you in next year's draft?  If most of the top 15 QBs are going to be kept by their current owners it will be much harder to replace Cam's production at QB than AR's and DA's production at WR.  Having said that, I've never been in a dynasty league where draft picks can be used as trading chips so take what I say with a grain of salt.

In league of that size it is more about getting players that can win you a week all by themselves.  Cam is that guy.  He takes a bit of hit in that all TD's are 6 pts negating his rushing TD advantage a bit but he is still a difference maker.  Without knowing what that leaves you for QB choices I would say no to this deal.  A-Rob is good but is dependent upon Bortles to succeed.  Adams has improved and seems more involved but he is still just a WR2.  I stay with Cam.
