Cam Newton Likely Out Wk 15 (1 Viewer)

The Charlotte Observer reports Cam Newton (back) is likely to miss Week 15.
"Right now it's all about Cam's well being," were the words of a Panthers spokesman. Newton is dealing with two transverse process fractures in his lower back, an injury that cost Tony Romo a game earlier this season. It's not a long-term issue, but could end Newton's 2014. Newton has taken a beating behind Carolina's ramshackle offensive line, and there's no reason for the 4-8-1 Panthers to rush him back.

I'd say bump both of them, each scored over 22 points in PPR leagues week 1 with Cam out...

Disagree 100% with the bolded. Pretty realistic that the Panthers are winning the NFC South after this week.

yeah, moronic comment by whoever wrote that. The Panthers are 1/2 game out of winning their division and have a cakewalk schedule to finish the season.
