Way too high rookie salaries+ Increasing salary cap+ more guaranteed money instead of SB moneyAll equals more trading of vets with big contracts for draft picks w/o taking a hugenormous cap hit.

On the other hand, it appears player movement through restricted free agency has virtually dried up, with not a single tendered RFA changing teams this off-season (the RFA period having expired last week without any offer going unmatched).
