I have rules for a Contract Years Dynasty League and a 2-person Keeper. PM me your email addy and I can send them.If you know any parameters for the league (number of teams, keepers, PPR, whatever) add that here and you'll get tons of replies. I did when I asked for example Dynasty leagues.
